Yes, per every maker

Pyrex Simply Store: lids and glass "freezer and microwave safe". Snapware: "top-rack dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe". Bentgo Glass: "microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher-safe". Ello: "dishwasher and freezer safe". OXO: "oven, freezer and microwave safe". Anchor Hocking: "oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer safe". Glasslock's US page publishes no care text; its distributor FAQ rates the glass for the freezer. The question isn't whether; it's how.

Why glass cracks in a freezer

Two mechanisms. Expansion: water expands as it freezes, and a container filled to the lid with soup has nowhere to send that expansion but outward, into the glass. Thermal shock: glass expands and contracts with temperature, and if one part of a dish is at a very different temperature from another — hot food poured into cold glass, a frozen dish set in a hot oven, a hot dish set on a wet counter — the stress between the two regions can exceed what the glass holds. Snapware's page puts it in four words: avoid sudden temperature changes.

The three rules

1. Leave an inch. Fill to an inch below the rim for anything wet — soup, chili, stew — so it has room to expand. Dry food (rice and chicken) needs less, but the inch costs nothing.
2. Cool first. The USDA wants cooked food refrigerated within 2 hours anyway; get it to fridge temperature in the fridge, then move it to the freezer. Cold glass into a freezer is a small step; hot glass into a freezer is a shock.
3. Thaw in the fridge, and never freezer-to-oven. Overnight in the fridge, then the microwave or a preheated oven from fridge temperature. A frozen dish into a 400°F oven is the single most common way to break a glass container.

Tempered vs borosilicate

Tempered soda-lime glass (Pyrex Simply Store, Glasslock, Snapware, Anchor) is heat-treated to be stronger against impact. Borosilicate (Bentgo describes its Signature Glass as "premium borosilicate glass – stronger than traditional glass and able to withstand higher temperatures without cracking"; OXO calls its Smart Seal glass "shock resistant pressed borosilicate") has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, so the same temperature difference produces less stress. Neither is immune. If your routine is freezer-to-fridge-to-oven every week, borosilicate buys margin; if it's freezer-to-fridge-to-microwave, either is fine.

Lids in the cold

Plastic lids stiffen in a freezer, and a press-on lid can pop as the food expands under it. Latched lids (Glasslock, Snapware) hold; let the container sit a minute out of the freezer before unlatching, because a cold gasket and a cold tab hinge are both more brittle than a warm one. Bentgo's silicone-sealed glass lid has no hinge to worry about. And no lid — plastic or glass — goes in the oven on the way back.
