What makes a meal-management bag
Three things a lunch bag doesn't have. Shelving or a divider, so four containers sit level instead of stacked with the bottom one bearing the weight and the top one tilting. Dedicated ice-pack slots — a sleeve against each wall — so the cold sources sit above and below the food the way the USDA's bag-lunch guidance asks, without stealing container space. And a stated container count instead of a can count. ThinkFit ships six containers and says you "stack three containers on each side"; Bentgo prints "up to 3 prep containers, 1 prep bowl, 2 ice packs, 2 bottles". That is why those two lead.

Bentgo prints the large compartment at 10.5 × 7 × 8.9 inches: its own 9.5 × 6.6 × 2 in trays stack three deep with room for a bowl beside. Arctic Zone prints 9.8 × 4.95 × 10.25 inches inside: a standard 3-cup rectangle (Pyrex's is 7.5 × 5.5 × 1.75 in) lies flat two deep under the shelf; a 3.8-inch-tall Bentgo bowl does not. ThinkFit prints the container count, an exterior of 16 × 7.5 × 8 inches, and no interior figure. Lifewit prints exterior dimensions and can counts.
